Manufacturer Warranties

Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing, products sold by West Beverages LLC are covered solely by the manufacturer's warranty, if any.

West Beverages LLC does not manufacture most of the products offered for sale and does not provide any separate warranty beyond those provided by the manufacturer.

Customers should refer to the manufacturer's warranty documentation included with the product for specific warranty terms, limitations, and procedures.

No Additional Warranties

Except as expressly stated by the manufacturer, all products are sold "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."

West Beverages LLC disclaims all express and implied warranties, including but not limited to:

Installation Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all equipment, machinery, and replacement parts are properly installed, operated, maintained, and serviced.

West Beverages LLC strongly recommends installation and service by qualified technicians familiar with the applicable equipment and manufacturer requirements.

West Beverages LLC shall not be responsible for damage, injury, equipment failure, or losses resulting from:

• Improper installation

• Improper electrical connections

• Improper plumbing connections

• Improper gas connections

• Improper maintenance

• Unauthorized repairs

• Product misuse or abuse

• Failure to follow manufacturer instructions

Replacement Parts

Customers are responsible for verifying model numbers, serial numbers, specifications, and compatibility before ordering replacement parts.

All replacement parts are sold based on information provided by the customer.

West Beverages LLC is not responsible for incorrectly ordered parts, improper part selection, compatibility issues, labor expenses, or downtime resulting from the installation of incorrect parts.

Unless otherwise stated, replacement parts are non-returnable.

Freight Damage

Customers must inspect all freight shipments upon delivery.

Any visible damage must be noted on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing.

Claims for concealed damage, shortages, or missing items must be reported within five (5) business days of delivery.

Failure to follow freight inspection procedures may affect the customer's ability to pursue a claim.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, West Beverages LLC shall not be liable for:

• Lost profits

• Lost revenue

• Loss of business

• Loss of production

• Equipment downtime

• Loss of use

• Labor costs

• Installation costs

• Removal costs

• Service calls

• Substitute equipment costs

• Incidental damages

• Special damages

• Consequential damages

Whether arising from contract, negligence, strict liability, warranty claims, product failure, shipping issues, or otherwise.

Maximum Liability

In all circumstances, the maximum liability of West Beverages LLC shall not exceed the purchase price paid by the customer for the product giving rise to the claim.
